Whilst it might seem 'unfair' theat a goal results from an incorrect throw-in, free kick, corner kick etc.,
football would be destroyed if every possible mistake which might lead to a goal or penalty kick was eviewed.
It would also impractical and potentially dangerous in terms of crowd and player reaction to wait for a goal to be scorede before checking a throw-in or corner kick.
